The Double Colorado version of the Glamour Shad stays true to what made the original effective, while tightening the details that improve realism without sacrificing performance on the water. This is not a redesign. It is a natural progression that builds on what already worked.

Blade system tuned for maximum vibration
Nickel and 24-karat gold plated Double Colorado blades produce a deep, consistent thump with high water displacement, creating maximum presence at slower speeds.

Why Double Colorado blades
This setup is built for vibration first. It produces the strongest thump of any blade combination, allowing fish to locate the bait through feel rather than sight.
It excels in dirty water, low visibility conditions, heavy cover, and slow presentations where keeping the bait in the strike zone longer matters most.

True rotation under pressure
Genuine Sampo ball-bearing swivels keep the blades turning clean, even at the slowest retrieve speeds.

Hookup reliability
Premium Gamakatsu hook that is sharp, strong, and matched to the bait’s size and purpose.

Built the Right Way

Wire matched to head weight
Just like the original:
3/8 oz — .030 wire
1/2 oz — .035 wire
3/4 oz — .035 wire

This is what drives the bait. Proper wire size is the difference between a bait that produces strong, consistent thump and one that loses vibration.
